Managing Partner/Owner
Caron Delancy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources (HR) and consulting. She currently serves as the Director for Lavender Room in conjunction with its nonprofit subsidiary First Steps of Broward, a role she has held since the company's incorporation in 2020. In this position, she is involved in overseeing strategic initiatives and ensuring the alignment of company policies with industry standards.
In her HR consultancy capacity, Caron Delancy-Simard has demonstrated expertise in several key areas, including employee relations, policy development, and organizational compliance. Her responsibilities often include conducting extensive research to identify organizational challenges, advising on best management practices, and implementing comprehensive employment programs. Her work frequently involves assessing compliance with employment laws and regulations, which is crucial for ensuring that companies maintain legal and ethical standards.
Additionally, she provides tailored HR solutions for both small businesses and large corporate clients, helping them optimize their human capital management. Krystal Martin joined Memorial on June 13, 2023, as an Employee Relations Partner. She is an accomplished professional with over 10 years of experience in human resources, having excelled in various HR roles across industries such as healthcare, technology, and pharmaceuticals.
Krystal’s diverse experience across these roles has equipped her with a deep understanding of HR functions and the ability to drive positive organizational outcomes.
Krystal holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Nova Southeastern University in Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida International University.
When she is not working, Krystal enjoys spending time with family and close friends, traveling and has a strong passion for fashion.
